C-Team Captain (2022-2023)

Alex Ascencio joined RUMTA his sophomore year of college on the C-Team. He then went on to captain C-Team his junior year, and ended on the B-Team his senior year as Defense Opener. He is remembered for jumping in Passion Puddle and shaving his head after the 2023-2024 RUMTA Banquet.

After graduation, Alex spent some time working as an Investigator in the Child Support Enforcement Unit with the New Jersey Courts. In the future, he hopes to work as a Prosecutor in the New Jersey area. To pursue this goal, he will be attending the Rutgers University Law School in Fall of 2025.
