Dahoud started out on C-Team his freshman year and later worked his way up to the A-Team by his senior year. In the national championships during his senior year, Dahoud was the closing attorney for the defense on the team that became the 2012 National Championship Runners- Up.

After graduating Rutgers, Dahoud attended Harvard Law School. In law school, he became a member of the Harvard Defender’s program, which provides free representation to low income defendants at show cause hearings. He was also a research assistant to Professor Noah Feldman, who was the senior constitutional adviser to the Iraqi Governing Council.
