Nicoletta Eby competed with RUMTA for three years. During her time in Rutgers Mock Trial, she served as RUMTA’s President, B-Team Captain, and VP of Operations. She competed twice at the National Championship Tournament in Los Angeles, CA (2017) and Minneapolis, MN (2018). 

After attending law school, Nicoletta served as a judicial law clerk for the Bergen County Superior Court. Currently, Nicoletta is the Assistant Prosecutor at Bergen County’s Prosecutor’s Office.
